Onus on web user

Faced with this problem and as yet without a feasible solution for it, the web surfer needs to be selective and discerning when gathering information off the web. Although, quite laborious and inconvenient, perhaps some independent work outside the realms of the web is needed for collating accurate and reliable information Such an attitude  does not eradicate the problem and such an action might render the web as an information base somewhat suspect and inefficient, but at least, the web surfer could be more assuredly, insured against false and unreliable information.
