So you want to blend in with the crowd...be inconspicuous, nondescript, fade into the background? Not a bad decision. We can't have everyone fighting for attention, can we? There are certain ways to achieve this......

Courses of action available :

1. Be a BABE

    2.    Be ordinary.

What you need :

        (a) tight/small tees or tank tops matched with jeans seem de riguer.

        >    Jeans may be denim, corduroy or faded or they may be boot-cut, straight-cut, baggy or tight-fit and of any colors such as blue, white or black. For jeans, just about anything goes, although pinks, yellows and purples should definitely be avoided. Levis' are preferred.

        (b) trackshoes/sandals/not-so-high clogs (remember, you don't wanna stand out, so it's best to look your height or appear short.)

        (c) Long skirts and baggy tops ( as opposed to babe-wannabes who should favor short skirts and tight tops.)

        (c) T-shirts and bermudas/three-quarter pants.

        (d) Loads of confidence to carry off your ordinary looks and clothes.

        (e) A predisposition/inclination/tendency to wake up late. (When you are not a hostelite, live miles away from school and have only 20 minutes to get there, dressing up and looking good is the furthest thing on your mind, believe me.)

  What you don't need :

       (a) Loads of cash. (Because looking good is not your prime concern, makeup/cosmetic products are not on your shopping list. This frees up your finances so they can be channelled to other uses. Indulge in your interests. Be a regular at Haagen-Dazs. Invest in gear and equipment for your fav sport. Or say bye to long queues at the RBR loans counter--BUY your reference material instead!)

        (b) That mirror in your room/bathroom/around the house. (Smash it up! You don't wanna look good, you wanna blend in with the crowd, you wanna look ordinary so, what's a mirror for? Besides, you don't wanna be reminded about how downright ordinary you look, do you?)

        (c) Band-aid (You won't need these because you won't get blisters from those clogs. You'll be in comfy footwear that doesn't make you fear wet or hilly terrain or miss the bus because you can't run in them.)
